UK delivery is included in our prices. For shipment outside the UK please e-mail us with your requirements and delivery address and we will provide you with a quote.

If paying by debit or credit card we only deliver to the card holders address. If you wish to have your piano stool delivered elsewhere then please supply a cheque made out to Edward James Mail Order Ltd, this will not delay the production of your piano stool.

It normally takes approximately two to three weeks to manufacture and finish a Woodhouse piano stool so please allow sufficient time. Tozer piano stools are normally delivered in four to six weeks. Orders for Christmas should be with us by the end of November, (mid November for Tozer). During December we will place information regarding late availability at the top of our pages.

In the unlikely event that your piano stool arrives damaged or faulty please notify us as soon as possible, preferably within 4 working days of receipt. Please email us detailing the damage or fault relating to your stool so we can give this matter urgent attention.

We may use the any phone number provided to contact you regarding your order, please keep this in mind if the piano stool is a present, although we are carful not to give too much away, especially at Christmas time.

Sorry we cannot provide you with the date of delivery but if you have certain dates or days when you are unable to receive your new piano stool we can try to avoid them. For example if you are away on holiday we can hold your order until you return. If you are unavailable on a Monday we will ship on Monday so your order should arrive on a Wednesday. Please make us aware of this at the time of ordering by e-mail.

If you wish to check on an order please do so by e-mail but remember please allow three weeks for delivery of a Woodhouse stool and six weeks for Tozer stools.
